My story

The ever-curious adorable wonder STARSHA is waiting for her forever home to spread all her joy! Starsha is 8 years old and weighs 48 lbs. Her tail is always wagging, with her head at an adorable tilt and sweet eyes peering up at you that will melt your heart. Starsha has a happy-go-lucky personality and boundless energy. You don’t have to finish the sentence “do you want to…” and she’s up and racing to the door. And she loves the car! Starsha is a wonderful travel buddy. She is so curious to meet people and other dogs. Starsha is so easy going that she even loves to be bathed - what a good girl! Starsha is super friendly to all people who visit her foster home, wanting to say hello through sniffs and gentle licks. If you go to pet her she basically falls over onto her back to show you her belly. Her fosters fondly call her their "big Ol' baked potato". Starsha is super smart and knows the commands “sit” and “up”. Starsha is an all-star at catching snacks in her mouth, too. Starsha has the cutest sitting position where all 4 legs are close together - see her first pic! Starsha also "curls up in her bed like a big ol cinnamon roll". If you like baked potatoes and cinnamon rolls that love to love you back - Starsha is the gal for you! Starsha is currently being fostered in southern CT. Starsha is fully vetted, neutered, micro chipped, and ready to love her next family!
