My story

NOTE THAT ALL CATS FROM UKRAINE REQUIRE A HOME CHECK! Breed – DSH black tabby Spayed Female Weight – Estimated Age – 8 months If you are interested in adopting this cat, please fill out our cat adoption questionnaire at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HTAR/Cat. For questions, email saufenka@yahoo.com. HOW TO MEET THIS CAT: You can meet Megan at Crumbs and Whiskers, DC's first cat cafe. To book an appointment, check out their website: www.crumbsandwhiskers.com. LOCATION: Crumbs and Whiskers, 3109 M St NW, Washington, DC ADOPTION COORDINATOR: Shana, saufenka@yahoo.com ADOPTION FEE: $220 or $400 for pair. This fee INCLUDES neuter, vaccines, and microchip. Ask us about our many adoption benefits that include free exams, pet insurance, and other discounts! HOW THIS ANIMAL IS WITH: CATS: Good with other cats DOGS: Dogs are unknown KIDS: Kids are unknown but likely fine with responsible kids KNOWN LIKES: Chasing toys, lots of cuddles and attention KNOWN DISLIKES: None so far ABOUT THIS ANIMAL: Mac (all black), Misha (black and white, Scottish fold ears), Milo (gray tabby), and Millie (tortie) are the second litter to come from Muysa (see her story with Betty). When Muysa was finally caught in a humane trap at the Ukraine shelter, they hadn’t realized she was already pregnant again, likely from the unneutered, Scottish Fold, male cat next door to the shelter. She delivered these four adorable kittens, two who were touch and go for a bit. They have all grown into handsome, healthy kittens ready for homes! The shelter is all they know. We have promised them amazing homes in the US! They must be adopted in pairs or to homes with a welcoming, active, young cat. They will not be considered as single cats. Mac is the lover of the bunch, snuggling in your lap, and cuddle for days. Well, until you get out the wand toy and then he’s off chasing that, only to come back for more snuggles when he needs a break. Misha has the look of his (likely) Scottish Fold dad. He’s a handsome tuxedo who enjoys lots of pets and play. Milo is the handsome tabby of the group. After Mac and Misha have pushed to the front for cuddles, he’ll come along behind waiting his turn. He loves the pets but is a little more hesitant with new people. Millie is the female of the group. She loves to play and is quite the curious one. She’s not the first to come in for snuggles but she does enjoy some nice pets. HT ADOPTION INCLUDES: Spay/Neuter A series of FVRCP vaccines, rabies vaccine (if old enough), and deworming Microchip - lifetime registration with no fees EXCLUSIVE ADOPTER BENEFITS: Free physical exam with Caring Hands Animal Hospital, Palisades Veterinary Clinic, Jermantown Animal Hospital and Clarendon Animal Care within 30 days of adoption and all VCA Animal Hospitals (VCA offers $250 coverage - details provided) within 14 days of adoption. A portion of EVERY ADOPTION fee supports spay/neuter for animals in under-resourced communities. BE A FOSTER: Save a life: http://www.homewardtrails.org/foster-a-pet/dog-and-cat-foster-program.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Millie - Ukraine, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
