My story

Hello, I'm Eugene! I'm a super friendly boy looking for a home that will spoil me rotten. I adore people, and will excitedly greet my humans and ask for pets and knead my (admittedly, rather wonky) paws. I'm very motivated by snacks and enjoy the occasional catnip stuffie playtime, but I like to spend most of my time curled up in a cozy bed taking a snooze in the sunshine or just sat snuggled up beside you on the couch. ____________________________________________ This cat was noted to have severe ear infections (ear mites, bacterial) and a healing aural hematoma on his right ear (likely secondary to the ear infections). He was also noted to have abnormal carpi (wrists) that have reduced flexion/ extension. On radiographs, he appears to have "carpal agenesis," a condition where the carpal bones do not form. He has signs of some fusion and arthritis in his wrists, which may be a source of pain in the future and require medical management.
