Meet TC (or Top Cat), a big boy with a BIG heart! Affectionate and people-oriented, TC is eager to greet you at the door and accompany you around the house. He loves attention and is well-dressed for every occasion. TC has a gentle and sweet personality, and he's so excited to meet you!
