Handsome in Texarkana TX

My story

Handsome is a male black with tan dachshund mix. He is 1-2 years old and he weighs about 14 pounds. Handsome is recently neutered. He is vaccinated including rabies. Handsome is heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm preventive. Handsome is ready for adoption. Handsome is Valentine #15 from our group rescued on Valentine’s Day, all pulled from the same overcrowded home. Handsome is aptly named with the most perfect tan markings giving him gorgeousness. He is a big flirt with his little wiggles and bounces. Handsome is people and dog friendly. Handsome is crate trained and has done very well with potty habits. He is not trained to walk on a leash. Handsome is a happy natured boy and will be a fun, loving addition to any home. Adoption fee is $300. Jeff Tarpley Rescue welcomes applications from homeowners, renters, and condo or apartment dwellers. At a minimum, a phone interview will be conducted and a vet reference checked before the applicant may meet their preferred pet. We adopt primarily in the 4 states of the ArkLaTexOma. Applicants willing to travel to Texarkana will also be considered with additional requirements to qualify as approved.
