My story

Apply to Adopt Me! Buddy is a sweet, snuggly 1-2yo male chihuahua mix with a heart of gold and a calm, gentle nature. His white "socks" are so cute. Weighing in at 13 pounds, he loves nothing more than cuddling up under the covers in bed and taking multiple naps throughout the day. One of his favorite spots in a soft lap to curl up in. He may be mellow at home, but Buddy lights up when it’s time for a walk - he’ll hop and jump with excitement! He wasn't always this happy, as he was abandoned in Georgia in a hot trailer with two other dogs. Luckily after a day or two, they were discovered and brought to safety.  He’s crate-trained and will go right into his crate when you point to it. During car rides, Bailey loves to take in all the sights - he doesn’t want to miss a thing. Buddy is friendly with other dogs and gets along well with his furry companions. He’s almost fully house trained and does well with regular potty breaks. Unlike your typical chihuahua, Buddy is incredibly quiet and rarely makes a sound. He is just starting to discover chew bones. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate best friend who is happiest curled up next to you, Buddy could be your perfect match.
