My story

Greetings, Earthling. I am Martian Ambassador and Reconnaissance Guardian, Operative "Tabby" -- You may refer to me as M.A.R.G.O.T. for short. I was sent here on a peaceful mission to observe your people ("humans"). Only one problem . . . the optical and auditory units they gave me are faulty! In plain human-speak, that means I can't see or hear very well. I'm having a great time making friends with people though, and you'll be surprised how well I can get around with just my whiskers. Speaking of which: If you see the middle whisker on my right cheek twitching, that's just me sending intel back to my people on Planet Mothball. Here's what I've learned from your planet so far: I prefer to stay low to the ground. A flat cardboard scratcher and a soft, flat blanket are my favorite places to sit. If you want to know my idea of a "treat," I especially love what you call "scritches" and "naps." Anyway, I think I've learned all I can in the shelter biome. I'd like to learn more about this "family" thing. Next intergalactic mission: Going home with you!
