MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com Are you looking for a super smart, well-behaved dog? Look no further! Louie is a 2-year-old Golden Doodle looking for his forever family. He is a true gentleman with a heart of gold. Louie gets along with other dogs, every person he meets, and although he wants to play with them, he even gets along with cats! Louie is 100% potty-trained and will ask to go outside to do his business. He is also crate-trained and doesn’t mind spending time in there at night, when you have to leave the house, or just whenever he feels like it. Since Louie is a Golden Doodle, he will need to be groomed regularly. This is no problem for him! He stands quietly while being bathed or clipped. Louie loves to play fetch and will happily chase a tennis ball through the yard. He will bring the ball back but doesn’t drop the ball on his own accord - he will let you take it from him, though! Louie loves to cuddle and give hugs. If you’re not paying attention to tell him “no”, he might jump up and sit on your lap. Although he is a bit big for it, he thinks he is a lap dog. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.
