My story

Say hello to Dozer — the ultimate cuddle buddy! He is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped and current on monthly preventatives. Dozer is a loving, affectionate pup who absolutely adores being held, cuddled, and following his human everywhere. He’s a little shy and skittish with new experiences, but with a little encouragement (and the help of his protective sister Lilly), he quickly warms up and shows his playful, curious side. He’s doing great with house training, although he sometimes hesitates to go outside alone. He prefers to have his human, his sister, or his foster siblings nearby for comfort. He’s crate-trained and settling down quietly at night — especially if Phineas and Ferb or Paw Patrol is playing on the TV (it's his favorite shows!). Dozer is very smart and responds well to commands like sit, stay, here, off, drop it, and even go to your room! He is working on the command "down" as he is quite the jumper! He loves crinkly toys or ones with fabric he can grip and enjoys playing with dogs of all sizes and cats. When he gets overwhelmed with bigger dogs, he sweetly lays down belly-up to let them know he’s ready for a break. Tiny but mighty in spirit and appetite, Dozer is the best cuddler and gives the sweetest kisses. He's looking for a home full of love, patience, and lots of snuggles!
