Meet Nova – Your Future Couch Companion and Snack Supervisor!Nova is a gorgeous grey pittie with a soft pink muzzle and an even softer soul. She’s a little unsure of the world right now, but beneath that shy exterior is a loving, curious pup who’s just waiting for the right person to help her shine.Out of the kennel, Nova is gentle, sweet, and polite—especially when treats are involved. She takes snacks like a true lady, and while her “sit” might be a bit of a work in progress, her enthusiasm for learning is definitely there… especially if it involves more snacks.She’s shown interest in other dogs without being reactive, and when it comes to walking, Nova is a dream—no pulling, just a calm stroll with her favorite human. She seems potty trained, loves water, and approaches the world with a gentle curiosity that’s impossible not to love.Nova is still finding her footing, so she’s looking for a patient, kind adopter with a quiet home where she can decompress and build confidence at her own pace. If you’ve got love to give, a treat pouch handy, and a heart open to a dog who needs a little time to bloom, Nova might just be your perfect match.Nova has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out her playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
