My story

When Regina and her sister arrived at the Ranch in May, she was incredibly fearful and shutdown. Her sister has since been adopted. Regina has come a long way and we think she is ready to be welcomed into a loving family. Regina is still a little weary of new people but with understanding and patience, she will be the most affectionate and amazing soulmate. She’s working on getting used to leash walks and all the scary things outside that are still unknown to her. She will need your understanding in taking things very slowly so she can explore new things on her own. Regina is crate trained but because she was so afraid to come out of her crate for months, she likes to go potty in her crate. She has not had an accident in the house outside her crate. We’re going at her pace to get her more comfortable with going outside. Please consider adopting Regina if you have been looking for a small, beautiful, joyful dog that’s dog friendly and cat friendly!
