My story
This 3½-year-old, 55-pound Lab mix may be a little shy at first, but give him a bit of time and he’ll be in your lap showering you with kisses. He’s a sweet, affectionate boy who just needs a patient heart to help him feel safe. He’d prefer a quieter home without young children, but he’s done well with other dogs in the shelter and doesn’t seem to mind cats either. If you're looking for a loyal companion who just needs a little time to bloom, Dakota might be your perfect match.
