Candy

My story

Candy is an energetic estimated 5 year old Tabico cat (calico and tabby) with beautiful markings. Candy recently had five kittens and was an excellent mama cat! All her babies have found homes so now it is Candy’s turn to find her forever home! She is very petite but has a big personality! She loves to be around her foster parents and will lie by her foster mom's feet when she works from home. Candy will often follow her foster mom around the house and help out with whatever she is doing! Candy would do best in a home that can dedicate a lot of attention to her! She hasn't met a toy she doesn't like and will often bring her foster parents a collection of toys throughout the day or night. Candy's goofy and energetic personality constantly makes her foster parents laugh! Candy was recently diagnosed with Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), a chronic condition in which the gastrointestinal tract becomes inflamed. But not to worry! It can be managed through a special diet, possible medication (Candy is currently not on medication), and regular check-ins with the vet. Because Candy is such a well-behaved cat, she eats her special food with no problems or complaints! We've reduced her adoption fee because of her dietary needs. Candy would do best in a home with no other cats, where all the attention can be focused on her!
