Butch

My story

Handsome and dignified are the words that describe 8-year-old Butch. He was found in Bryan TX and the local shelter contacted us to find him a home. He is affectionate but not pushy. He loves to be next to you on the couch or bed but obeys when instructed to get down. Butch is not an excessive barker but when he does it is deep and loud. He barks his displeasure when you leave the house. He sleeps all night on a dog bed in the bedroom. He is the typical beagle when it comes to food enjoying mealtime and treats at all times. Butch is a 15-inch beagle and weighs around 40 lbs. When his foster family is out there is no danger that this boy will get into things he shouldn’t or be destructive. He is potty trained with a dog door and enjoys exploring the backyard. Butch would be a good match for a first-time beagle family. If you want love and companionship Butch is the dog for you.
