DOB: June 15, 2024 Breed: we were told Shih Tzu/Bichon but can’t guarentee breeds. Medical: completed Needs: another small grounded dog or someone home most of the time. Kids 13+, barks at cats. Regular grooming. Meet Nelson, the charming canine with a heart of gold! This sweet boy may be a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you—once he warms up to you, he’s your devoted shadow. Nelson loves affection but has a playful side; he’ll tease you a bit before granting petting privileges. But once you’re in, prepare for a whirlwind of love and cuddles! A true collector at heart, Nelson enjoys gathering small toys and sticks, often bringing home a new treasure from his outdoor adventures. His foster mom has a secret mission to quietly dispose of some of his stick collection when he’s not looking—after all, they can take over the house! Nelson thrives on companionship, so he would be happiest in a home where he gets plenty of attention or with another small dog buddy to share his adventures. He’s come a long way in his potty training journey, learning to stick to a schedule with just a few accidents along the way. Fully vaccinated, neutered, and wormed, Nelson is ready to find his forever family.
