My story

Hello world! My name is Muñeca, I'm a 1 year old, spayed, Pit Bull mix that weighs about 48lbs. I'm the absolute sweetest girl in the world! My name means doll after all. As you can see from my photo, I'm a special girl with some special needs but you can never judge a book by its cover! I'm a total cuddle buddy and actually a bit shy in new situations. Drop-In hours for Same Day Adoptions are 11 am – 5 pm, 7 days a week (closed major holidays). We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available. It’s also typical for us to have animals who haven’t had their photos taken yet, so you are welcome to visit our adoption center and have a look around! To check on an animal's adoption status, please call 650-340-7022 during normal business hours to speak with an adoption counselor.
