Meet PHOEBE, an adorable tuxedo just about 2 months old. Phoebe is a fun loving, sweet kitten who loves to play and do all sorts of cute things. Phoebe must go to a home with another young playful cat or with another kitten (some of her siblings are available). Phoebe is located in Long Beach, NY.
