My story
Mickey is a handsome orange tabby who is still learning to trust new people and may sometimes let you know he needs a little more space. He’s not ready to seek out affection or play with humans just yet. But there’s a gentleness about him that tells us his heart isn’t closed — it’s just unsure. With time, patience and maybe another feline friend, we believe Mickey will begin to feel safe enough to show the sweet soul we know is in there. He’s best suited for a home where he can enjoy the freedom to explore and acclimate to being a confident companion. Mickey is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. You can meet him at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary. If you have any additional questions, please email adoptions@caspca.org.
