My story

Meet Tanner – The Puppy with a Big Heart! Tanner is a lovable, curious puppy with a heart as sweet as his face! Born around March 31, 2024, Tanner and his three littermates were found abandoned in a box at just 4 weeks old. Thankfully, a kind soul rescued them and got them into our care — and now Tanner is thriving in his foster home. We believe Tanner is a Shepherd/Aussie mix (though that's just our best guess). He’s likely to grow into a medium-to-large dog — probably around 50 pounds, give or take. What we do know for sure is that he’s incredibly smart and eager to please. Tanner is already learning the ropes of potty training — he does great when taken outside regularly, especially after naps. He loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home and is full of joyful puppy energy. Tanner and his sister have had the unique experience of going to work with their foster at a domestic violence shelter, where they’ve brought comfort and smiles to residents, children, and staff alike. He’s gentle, affectionate, and already spreading love wherever he goes. If you're looking for a loyal, playful companion who’s already making the world a better place, Tanner is your guy.
