My story

Meet Aura Aura is a stunning white kitten with a strong will and a gentle heart—once she decides you’ve earned it. Rescued from a construction site with her brother at just a few weeks old, she’s still learning what it means to feel truly safe and loved. Aura is cautious with new people and doesn’t trust easily. She prefers affection on her terms and isn’t shy about setting boundaries. But once you’re in her circle? She purrs loud and proud for her chosen person, especially her foster mom. She’s not interested in winning over the world—just finding the one who understands her. Aura gets along well with other pets and enjoys the quiet company of animal friends. Young children, however, are a bit too much for her right now—she’ll hide rather than engage. A calm home with adults or older kids would be ideal for helping her continue to blossom. She loves food (though that’s not the key to her heart) and she's playful and curious in a quiet, watchful way. Aura is still a kitten, full of potential, and looking for someone who understands that trust is earned—and that once it is, the bond is unbreakable.
