My story

Say hello to Kahlua, a bright-eyed bundle of joy with an endless supply of tail wags and affection! This sweet and happy wire-haired terrier is ready to find her forever family. Kahlua is the perfect blend of playful energy and calm affection—she’s just as happy chasing toys as she is curled up next to you for a nap. She’s a pro on the leash, adores people, and never turns down a good cuddle (especially if it comes with a belly rub!). Kahlua is searching for kind-hearted humans to share life’s little moments with—whether it's a walk around the neighborhood or a cozy night on the couch. Kahlua currently has a lick sore on her leg, a long-standing issue that wasn’t treated by her previous owner. She's currently on medication to help it heal, and while it’s improving, it will need some continued TLC and a follow-up vet visit. If you're looking for a gentle, loyal companion with a playful spark and an unshakable spirit, Kahlua is your girl. Come meet her—you might just find your new best friend!
