My story

Location: Buffalo, MN Meet Trader Joe! 🐾 Trader Joe is a sweet, gentle soul who’s just beginning to learn what it means to be truly loved. He may be a little shy at first, but with a bit of patience and kindness, his playful and affectionate personality quickly shines through. Joe gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys playing in the backyard with his canine pals or lounging on the deck, soaking up the sunshine. He’s happy to share his toys during playtime, though he’s discovered he’s not much of a fan of soft plush toys—instead, he prefers sturdy chew toys like Kongs or Mighty Monsters. After a fun-filled day, Joe is all about curling up for a cozy nap. He’s crate trained and settles in well with just a little encouragement. On walks, he does great—unless a squirrel or bunny scampers by and captures his attention! Joe loves to take in all the sights and smells of the outdoors at his own relaxed pace. He’s currently working on basic obedience and catching on quickly—he’s a smart boy who’s eager to please. Joe is also potty trained, as long as he’s let out when he asks. He lives with cats and is fascinated by them—he really wants to play, but he’s still learning that cats don’t quite match his energy (much to his confusion!). Trader Joe is a lovable, thoughtful pup with a curious spirit and a heart full of love. He’s ready to continue his journey with a patient, caring family who will help him grow and thrive. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
