My story

If you like energetic dogs, you’ll love Daphne. She’s a little firecracker, running, exploring, bringing in twigs and wrestling with her Chihuahua mates. But she will settle down for a cuddle and may even take a nap in your arms. At less than a year old, Daphne offers a lifetime of love to the right adopter(s). We’re looking for adults or those who have older children. (Daphne weighs less than 4 lbs. and can be quite wiggly when you pick her up and hold her. Toddlers and youngsters might get scratched and drop her.) We would also like her adopters to have a securely fenced yard where she can burn off some of her energy and satisfy her urge to explore. Finally, because she’s so social, it would be great if she had another dog of a similar size to play with. Daphne is healthy, spayed and up to date on vaccines.
