IDGSR Welcomes ORCHID into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Orchid and I'm a gorgeous 1.5yr old female German Shepherd. I am located near Nashville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 1.5yrs old Kids - does well with children Dogs - good with other large breed dogs, ideally a male Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. In my short 1.5yrs of life, I have been shuffled around so many times due to no fault of my own. I was originally living life on a chain, and then with a family who didn't have enough time for me, and now I'm with the rescue. 2. I am an absolute gorgeous long-hair lady! I need regular grooming and maintenance to keep my long locks shiny and tangle free. Please be aware of this before adopting me. 3. I already know some commands, did you see me in the videos?! I could benefit from ongoing obedience training to help sharpen my skills & prove I'm the smartest girl around. 4. I ride really well in the car and really just want to be with my person. I don't care where we go as long as we are together. Want to take a walk? Great! I'll be by your side! 5. I would love to have a nice friendly male pupper to play with in my adoptive home. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
