My story

What a goofy girl with the cutest smile! Addie is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 51 pounds. Looking for a new furry member to join your family? Addie is full of love and spirit, and she's sure to win over your heart with her affectionate and playful nature. From the moment you meet Addie, you can tell that she’s very connecting and likes to lean in softly to you as she gives you sweet kisses. She uses her whole body to show her affection! Not only is Addie affectionate, but she's also a lot of fun. She loves to play fetch and retrieves her toys with a soft mouth release, so nice! She's a good girl who just needs a little reminder of her basic obedience training. She can still be a little puppy mouthy and would do best in a home where any children are at least 8 years old and would love an active family to play with. Addie is so very sweet and is sure to bring a lot of love and joy to her new forever home. She just can’t wait for a family to love her. If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Addie would love to meet them. She has a full, loose body wag approach with other dogs and moves into an “all in” playstyle. If you are interested in Addie and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend! *Please check your lease agreements for breed/weight restrictions prior to applying. We also do not do cat testing, so we do not know how a dog will do with cats. Not all dogs are available to go home on the same day you first meet.*

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Addie, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
