My story

Meet Bruce, a gentle soul with a heart full of love just waiting to shine. Though he may seem shy at first, Bruce warms up with a little time and patience—especially if you come bearing treats! Calm and affectionate, he enjoys gentle pets and will reward your kindness with slow, happy tail wags. He’s treat-motivated, has lovely manners, and waits patiently for attention. In playgroups, Bruce does best with other gentle dogs and will slowly begin to engage once he feels comfortable. While the shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for him, Bruce is a sweet and friendly boy who’s simply looking for a calm, understanding home where he can build his confidence and truly blossom.This pet is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. This pet would benefit from individualized attention with a foster, adopter or rescue partner
