My name is Phelps. I'm a sweet and spunky boy! I love playing with my siblings and getting pets and kisses from my foster family. Are you ready to add this adorable kitten to your family? To welcome Phelps home, you’ll need:- A litter box and litter- Cat food (wet and dry)- Food and water bowls- Comfy cat bed- Scratching post- Cat toys- A cat carrier to take him home in and for trips to the vet- A vet appointment within the first few weeksThis kitten will be microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and given monthly flea & tick preventatives before going home. The adoption fee includes a spay/neuter at one of OPH's partner veterinarians. Our partner veterinarians are in Ashland VA, Fredericksburg VA, Mechanicsville VA. Harrisonburg VA, Manassas VA, Davidsonville MD, Waldorf MD, Columbia MD, Grasonville, MD and Jonestown PA (cats only).
