My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.A volunteer writes: Dressing for the future she wants, Snickers has taken to waiting in her little ACC Adoption carrier. We'll give her a new one to go home in, but Snickers has all her bags packed and is ready to go. Except she doesn't really have too many bags. We've given her some things for decoration and fun like boxes and toys, but Snickers actually didn't come to us with much more than her hope. She came here after being left in an apartment with another cat and a bird and though this is her past, it's not her future. This fluffy little cat has declared herself ready as she greets visitors from her carrier castle. Sniffing my hand to lean into me with her big fluffy cheeks, Snickers is cheerful about what each day brings and is hopeful tomorrow will bring you!
