He`s so completely devoted that he’ll paw at your leg for pets like a Dickensian orphan begging for more. He’s got a spirit that screams, “please love me even though I just ran face-first into the doorframe” and a soulful howl like smoke from a love letter written in candlelight and set on fire, wafting across the chilly moor.He doesn`t present so well in the shelter. But with you? All 70 lbs of his spectral frame will melt into you like a ghost returning to the only home that ever remembered his name. Nicks is not for everyone. He is for the romantics. The co-dependents. The `Wuthering Heights` girlies.
