IDGSR Welcomes SOLDIER into the safety of the rescue!! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** Hiya Friends! My name is Solider and I'm an incredibly handsome 3.5yr old male German Shepherd/Malinois mix boy. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport. Quick Facts: Age - 3.5yrs old Kids - would do fine with teenagers (14+) or adult only home Dogs - good with large female dogs, no little dogs Cats - NO cats Training - needs standard obedience training 1. My previous owners didn't want me anymore so they discarded me like trash. I found myself bouncing from home to home until I ended up in a high kill shelter. None of this was my fault. Thankfully IDGSR came to my rescue! 2. I am a lovely boy and my foster mom says I'm a "love bug". I am sweet, affectionate, and relatively calm. 3. I get along very well with large breed female dogs and would love to have a playmate! I would also do fine as an only dog. 4. I would make an excellent active companion! Now that summertime is here, let's go swimming, take hikes in a shady forrest, or go get a pup-cup. 5. I could use an obedience refresher, just to brush up on some skills. I'm really smart and if you have tasty treats, I'll do just about anything! 6. If you are not 100% ready to adopt, please wait** ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
