My story

I came to the shelter as a stray so my history is mostly a mystery. But I have spent time with a loving foster family and here are their insights:`Hi there! I am Lil Lady and would love to meet you and see if we could be a forever fit together! I have been in foster care for a few weeks and wanted to tell you about myself a little.First, I LOVE to play “the scent game” where the human puts treats all over the house and I hunt them by tracking the scent. I could be really good at this if I had some instruction but seem to know what to do on my own. I am very diligent at finding the scent and would be a terrific dog at tracking.I love to go in the car and get in and out on my own.I love walks and don’t pull too much. I ignore cats I see on walks and want to play with the other dogs. I have not shown any aggression towards other dogs. I also seem to like kids too. Of course I`ll need slow, monitored introductions to any pets or people in a new home.I love to cuddle on the couch and snuggle with the humans. I love to chew but have not chewed anything they have not given me to chew. I especially like soup bones. They are the best.I`m doing well with house training. For the first couple days, I needed help and my humans were learning how I communicate that I need to go out. Now that is no problem.I like to be in my crate on occasion. It is my place to chill out.
