My story

Moose is an extremely handsome 4-5 year old male chocolate lab. His previous owners took him to a vet clinic stating he was a stray but when the microchip proved he was their dog, they abandoned him there. He was lucky one of the workers had a big heart and took him in! Moose is a big, gentle soul with eyes that speak of resilience and hope. He's a bit shy at first but with a little patience, he quickly opens up and loves with his whole heart. Moose adores other dogs and finds comfort in their company. He's also wonderful off leash, sticking close and always checking in. With Moose, you'll gain a loyal, loving companion who just needs a chance to show you how special he truly is. Moose is being fostered in Huntsville, AL. He is available for transport; the approved adopter will be responsible for the transport fee. If you are interested in adopting Moose, please fill out an application on our website forrescue.net.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Moose, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
