My story

Meet Girly Girl! Girly Girl is approximately 9 months old, 30 lbs currently and she is a Mutt! Her disabled owner could no longer care for her. In her foster home, she is working hard on her house-training, does not enjoy crate training, and has little experience with leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 5+, cats, and young playful dogs. Her foster says, `Girly girl is a very sweet and loving dog. She loves affection and wants to be around her human all the time! She will play with other dogs, but she much prefers the company of her favorite humans.. She is very smart and could easily be trained. She is more affection motivated than food, but a snack is always a good option. Her leash training needs some work, but I know that with consistent effort, she will ace it in no time at all. Before I got her as a foster, I was told that she was good with cats. We don’t have cats.`She is available for adoption in North Dartmouth on June 6th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises.-Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt.- More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Girly Girl, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
