My story

Socks is living in a foster home. Fill out our quick adoption survey, and then we can set up a phone call or meet and greet with the foster! Socks is: Spayed: Yes! Up to date on vaccines: Yes! Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized More about Socks: Housebroken: Yes! Crate trained: Working on it! She has been left at home alone in her crate for short stints, and has done well overall after taking a short time to settle initially. Leash walking: Doing well overall Dog social: She lives with a resident dog in her foster home and has been doing well after a slow intro. She can be protective of puzzle toys, and is likely best matched to calm, respectful dog pals. Cat social: Unknown Kid friendly: Unknown Socks likes: - Giving all the kisses - Being out in the sunshine - Getting scritches while you count her toe freckles Socks is a total sweetheart. With everything that she has endured she always has a smile and kisses for you! She is very tolerant of being groomed (such a lady) and is gentle with taking treats. Because of her knees, she would do best in a home with few stairs. She LOVES going outside for short walks and would spend most of her time outside if she had a fenced yard. She has so much love to give! Socks recently had bladder stones removed, and is on a urinary diet to prevent recurrence. She has luxating patellas, and has been taking joint supplements. She will need an adopter who can help support her weight loss journey, as well! Socks's adoption fee is $150, and she is ready to fill her future home with love!
