My story

Hey there, future family! The name is Big Chief—but do  not let the name fool you. I may sound like the boss of the backyard, but I’m really just a fun-sized bundle of love looking for my forever tribe. I am what the cool kids call a Chuggle—that is a Chihuahua and Pug mix, which basically means I am 100% adorable with a side of spunky charm. I am just 8 months old, but I have already had quite the adventure with my two brothers. We ended up at the pound, but now I am on a new mission: to find YOU. Let me tell you a little about me. I am a certified cuddle expert. My favorite place in the whole wide world? Right in your lap, soaking up all the love and giving it right back. I am sweet, gentle, and always ready for a snuggle session. I might be a little shy at first but that is because my brothers always pushed me out of the way so they could have all the snuggles! I get along great with other pups—I’m currently sharing my space with my awesome brother and two other little dude dogs, and we’re like a happy little wolf pack. I have not met any cats yet, but I am open-minded and ready to make new friends and besides that, they are bigger them me! I’m also super gentle with kids, especially the ones who know how to take it slow and give me time to warm up. I’m a petite powerhouse—just around 15 pounds full grown—and my short coat means no shedding drama. That’s right, I am low-maintenance and high-love. I have been neutered, I am fully vaccinated, and I have got a microchip, so I’ll never get lost on my next big adventure. I am healthy, happy, and ready to start the next chapter of my life—with you. One of my brothers already found his forever home, but my other brother and I are still searching for our perfect match.
