My story

Meet Sammy! This 13-pound love bug is all about affection and companionship. He’s a total lap cat who thrives on attention especially ear rubs and will happily head-bump his way into your heart. Sammy has been an absolute delight in foster care: he's chill, affectionate, and full of personality. He’s curious around new people but never confrontational, and once he warms up, he’ll have plenty to say this guy is vocal and not shy about sharing his thoughts! His purrs are loud, his biscuit-kneading is enthusiastic, and his love of cuddles is unmatched. Sammy entertains himself with soft toys glitter balls, plush mice, and anything that skitters across the floor. He also loves watching birds and squirrels from the window. Just a heads-up: in his excitement during play, he sometimes forgets his claws a gentle redirection helps! This foodie isn’t into crunchy treats, but wet food and Churu treats? YES, please he’ll let you know just how much he loves them! If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who lives for lap time and has just the right amount of spunk, Sammy’s your guy.
