My story

Rocky Rambo is a tousled terrier mix with stealthy superpowers. As suggested by his name, this senior scruffito doubles down on bravery, but he’s not the type to show off his abs or pop somebody in the nose. Instead, he’s a vision-impaired cutie pie who relies on superior sniffing and smarts to explore, make friends and hobnob on neighborhood walks. At home he is an affectionate pal to dogs, grownups and kids. Is your family ready for a humble hero? Come and get him! Here's some notes from his foster: Rocky likes to be outside smelling all the new smells. Walks are pretty much me standing still and him meandering, stopping, taking a few steps and stopping some more. I don’t have to wait long for him to pee when I take him outside. He’s a great eater. He loves snacks and people food too. Currently he’s enjoying watermelon and apples. I think he is indifferent to other dogs. Other dogs sometimes get mad when he bumps into them but Rocky moves away quickly. If he knows you’re home and can’t find you he will bark to get your attention. If that doesn’t work after a few minutes he stops. Part of the time he wanders around the house and sometimes he rests on a dog bed or if possible-the laundry! Slowly he is getting better at navigating the house. He is always happy to see his people when you come home-big tail wags and maybe some happy barking. I believe he can sense light. He seems to know the difference between night and day. He sleeps through the night.
