Quill's Journey Quill was found in a parking lot alongside his friends, an experience that led him to a local shelter. From there, he was transferred to Barking Mad Animal Rescue, where he is now eagerly awaiting his forever home. Health and Well-being Quill is in excellent health and is heartworm negative. He has received all necessary vaccinations, is microchipped, and has been neutered.
