Miller is 100% the Goodest Boy, and we are VERY happy that we were able to save this boy in the knick of time! Even though he is the goodest, he has sat in a municipal animal control facility for too long and his number was up. After being there so long and dedicating himself to being the resident dog tester, the shelter begged for help to save his life. We (and he) had a stroke of luck and adopted out one of other other wonderful adults.....opening up a spot for this handsome dude. He's really game for anything as you can tell from his pictures. He's like....you want to put bunny ears on my head? Sure!! Go ahead!! Easter Bunny ears......if you think it will save my life, count me in!! This fellow will be a wonderful addition to a home that already has a dog who wants his/her own dog, or he'll be a great addition to a home as an only child. He's just happy to be alive....and we're very happy he's alive as well!! Apply to adopt this wonderful boy today at www.cprdogs.com. Miller the Goodest Boy is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. The adoption fee is $500 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog tested *** for heartworms. Visit our website to see our weekend Events here! Pups with the designated “meet me” next to their names are in CT and ready to attend adoption events. Please check with your adoption coordinator if you are interested in a specific dog prior to coming to an event, as a dog's availability to attend can change at any time. We can not guarantee approval on site at the events, so we recommend applying ahead of time. You can apply at the event, but the application process may not be able to be completed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back. After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Miller ~ meet me!, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
