Meet Cash - A Loyal Soul Looking for a Second ChanceCash is a handsome Rottweiler mix who found himself at HAWS through no fault of his own-he was lovingly surrendered due to his previous owner's illness. Now, this sweet and soulful guy is looking for a new family who's ready to take the time to truly get to know him.At first, Cash can be a little slow to warm up, and he has some handling sensitivities, so we're looking for a home that understands the value of patience and respect when building trust. Because of this, a meet with one of our trainers is required prior to adoption to help set everyone up for success and go over how to best support Cash as he settles in.Due to his sensitivities, we are requiring a home with children 12 and older. Cash has done well with other dogs in playgroups-he knows how to mingle!-but we still require any current dogs in the home to come in for a meet-and-greet to ensure it's a good fit.Cash is a loving dog with so much potential, and he'll thrive with a family willing to understand his unique quirks and offer consistent structure, reassurance, and time. Breed familiarity or a willingness to do Rottweiler breed research is strongly encouraged, as it will help in creating a supportive environment where Cash can truly feel at home.If you're looking for a loyal companion and are willing to take the time to build a meaningful bond, Cash could be your perfect match.Interested adopters can also consider our Foster to Adopt program!
