My story

Ranger is a stunning male German Shepherd who has completed a structured board and train program focused on obedience, leash manners, and building trust. He’s come a long way from the anxious, reactive dog he once was — today, he walks confidently on and off leash, understands how to turn off pressure, and responds well to commands like heel, sit, down, and place. Ranger thrives in a calm, structured home with strong leadership. Due to his past, he needs an experienced handler committed to continuing his training and maintaining rules and boundaries. He does best as the only dog or with slow, controlled introductions to other calm, respectful dogs. He’s not just obedient — he’s affectionate, eager to please, and wants to bond with someone who will truly understand him.
