My story

Maraschino is a sweet girl who would love to find a foster home to recover in and to work on building her confidence. She can be a little nervous in new environments and would appreciate a patient foster who will go slowly with her and give her time to adjust. Reason for Foster: Upper Respiratory Infection (URI)Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks(The foster time frame may be longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)Foster Care Plan: Maraschino is being treated for an upper respiratory infection, which is similar to a common cold. Since she may be contagious to other pets, we strongly recommend keeping her separate from other dogs until she has fully recovered. She will go to her foster home with medication, and once her treatment is complete, she’ll be ready for adoption. Foster to Adopt: Maraschino is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption.
