My story

Guera is a svelt, brown and blue eyed beauty with a fun loving personality. She can be shy upon first meeting her, which sometimes comes out as nervous energy. You’ll find that once she’s out on a walk and manages to get a few wiggles out, she settles in nicely. We’ve been on parallel walks with her and many of the shelter residents. She can be a bit picky about who she befriends, but she doesn’t mind walking with other dogs who give her space when she asks with clear dog to dog language. Once she knows you, you will get a very happy greeting and friendliness. We understand that she lived with children before and did well with them. She can, however, be a wanderer, and a four foot fence was not enough to keep that instinct at bay. Do come in and meet this beauty, she’ll find her way into your heart.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Guera, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
