My story

This teenager lived a pretty insulted, quiet life in her last home, so she's not had the opportunity to develop the resiliency that would allow her to be more outgoing engaged during this time of stress and change. We know this means we're asking her adopter to take a leap of faith, because when you meet Baby here she isn't going to be at her best.But we also know that once Baby is settled at home with a gentle family committed to helping her feel safe and secure that she'll be able to start building those friendships that will cement her as a beloved member of the family. A welcoming cat friend or two is likely to be a huge benefit to baby, and a home with older or no children is probably the more predictable environment she'll adjust to most quickly.Baby really needs someone to take a chance on her and be there for her during this first step on the road to a fresh start.
