Joy

My story

Joy was so-named because she is so full of joy! She is a special needs puppy who is mostly blind and has some neurological challenges, causing her to walk in circles sometimes. But if you didn’t know that, you might just see a typical puppy who is sweet, curious, and energetic. Joy loves people, and finds them easily with a combination of her senses of smell, sound, and a little bit of sight. She does not like to leave your side, and enjoys petting and cuddling. Joy also walks nicely on leash; you just have to make sure to help her with stairs or other obstacles she might not sense completely. If you take a chance on Joy, we know she will bond with you immediately and show you the kind of love and loyalty that’s usually very hard to find. This is a special girl seeking a special home.
