Tapioca

My story

Tapioca (3 years old) Tapioca is a male tabby who is very handsome and learning how to enjoy human company.  He also has special needs because he has asthma. He needs to have dust-free cat litter, as well as a cleaner environment home. If you are an experienced cat owner who can care for Tapioca’s health needs, and if you also have a tidy, low-allergen home, then this might be the cat for you. Tapioca also needs an experienced, patient owner because he is a work in progress regarding his temperament. When he came to us, he was afraid and all he did was growl and hiss. But recently he has decided that he dearly wants to be loved and petted and told how handsome he is. If you have treats, he will wriggle over and show you his belly and chatter nonstop. Some of his former personality is still with him, however, and so while he craves attention and love, he still growls. He seems a bit conflicted about which direction to go, but we think that he will opt for being a civilized, loving cat. Because Tapioca often has capricious moods, he would be best in a home without children. Perhaps at some point he could enjoy the company of other animals, but for the time being he might best be an only cat who can bask in your undivided love and care.May 13, 2025, 12:58 pm
