My story

Meet Sammy – Your Orange Ray of Sunshine . Once a street-smart wanderer, Sammy spent his days navigating the neighborhood and taking shelter in a crawlspace beneath a house. But everything changed the moment he caught the scent of food—he knew then that his luck had turned. This handsome orange boy didn’t waste a second settling into the good life. Within days, he was rolling over, belly up, purring like a motor, and making biscuits with pure joy. Sammy made it clear: he was ready to leave his street days behind and embrace love and comfort. A gentle soul, Sammy adores human affection. He greets you with sweet head butts, deep purrs, and a soft gaze that says, “thank you.” He’s wonderfully social with other cats too, making him a perfect fit for multi-cat households. In one photo you can see Sammy hanging around with buddy Sooty (FCID#04/21/2025-32). They make a nice pair of friends who are ready to start their next phase, together or separately.
