CHIPS

My story

Meet Chips, a sweet and sensitive pup who`s still learning that the world isn’t so scary. Though shy at first, Chips is full of potential and just needs a patient, gentle person to help him come out of his shell. He enjoys the company of other dogs at his own pace and will open up to play once he feels safe. In new environments, he can be a little skittish—startled by sudden noises or movement—but he warms up with calm affection and reassurance. Chips is treat-motivated, walks nicely on leash, and greets familiar faces with a wagging tail and a soft, curious gaze. With time, love, and a steady routine, Chips is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving companion.This pet is at risk for euthanasia due to the current shelter capacity. Currently the shelter is above capacity to adequately house and care for animals. This pet would benefit from individualized attention with a foster, adopter or rescue partner
