My story

Name, age: Esme, 2 years oldLikes: Treats, attention, and following her people aroundDislikes: UnknownWhat would be the ideal home? A home that will give Esme the time and patience to warm up. Although can be nervous at first, we anticipate that once settled, Esme will be someone`s new best friend, happy to lounge around or follow you around the house!Good with other cats? UnknownGood with dogs? UnknownGood with children? UnknownPersonality: Shy at first, but can be super sweet once comfortable! How long will it take to settle into a new environment? 3-4 weeks. We always recommend the 3-3-3 rule of adoption though!Any special needs or traits an adopter should know? Though Esme was not spayed through the Kingston Humane Society, no reproductive organs were found during the spay procedure and therefore Esma is presumed to have already been spayed. If for whatever reason she begins to show signs of heat, the adopter can contact the Kingston Humane Society.Medical: Presumed spayedIf you think Esme is the one for you - fill out an application today!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Esme, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
