My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Suki is a sweet cat who appears somewhat fearful but warmed up a little bit with attention. He was in the den with large pupils and turned around a couple of times, trying to avoid contact. He didn't actively sniff treats, but he allowed petting with a scratching tool, and then he allowed petting all over with the assessor's hand. His body remained quite tight, but he did give a few slow blinks and appeared to warm up slightly during the interaction. Suki tolerates attention and petting but appears to be moderately fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in fearful cat behavior.It could be with you! Click here to learn more about the adoption process!
